OFF-X MCP Server

About This Server

The server provides tools that allow Large Language Models to interact with OFF-X, Clarivate's drug-safety intelligence database. This enables AI assistants to answer complex pharmacovigilance and toxicology questions by retrieving curated safety evidence directly from OFF-X.

Setup Instructions

To connect to the server, select the server from your list of Connectors in Claude, click Connect, and sign in to OFF-X.

You must have a valid OFF-X subscription to use the tools.

Available Tools

• OFF-X_Safety_Assistant: An intelligent agent for OFF-X clinical safety, pharmacovigilance, and preclinical toxicology intelligence about a drug, drug combination, molecular target, mechanism of action (target-action), drug class, or modality. It returns expertly annotated safety evidence from journals, conferences, regulatory documents, clinical trial registries, and company communications — including adverse events and toxicities, safety alerts and alert counts, drug-adverse event metadata, DLTs and MTDs, OFF-X evidence scores, supporting scientific and regulatory references, entity relationships, and comparisons between drugs, targets, combinations, classes, or modalities.
